The Firm
The firm is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ghana under category D, and both partners are members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana in good standing. A partner is also a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK member. The Firm is also registered with the Ghana Revenue Authority as required by law.
Ownership Structure
The firm started as an accountancy service provider with the name Donee Precise Consult in 2020 and transitioned into a licensed and registered audit firm on 29th January 2024.
